I recently used their services to apply for an Umrah visa, and they clearly know their stuff. The process was smooth, and I received visa for all my family members very quickly. Jaseem maintained great communication throughout, keeping me informed at every step. Overall, I’m highly satisfied.

Salam everyone, it was my first umrah and unfortunately it was very stressful because of the guide! We were abandoned and made umrah almost alone! I didn’t forgive this guide sorry because I cried a lot( he was selfish unprofessional and he went for his own umrah he didn’t care about others! )and please take a guide who speak english or arabic! This is our first experience with this agence and the last one! I hope one day I can forgive you!

Abdul Bari Misbahi is a very good and caretaking guide. Being a solo traveller, I was a little sceptical about the journey as it was my first Umra. But my roommate and myself were taken good care and we were able to perform Umra well, Alhamdulillah!!!

Abdul Bari Misbahi Ustad was really supportive for us. I travelled alone, and being a single lady.. he took care of me and made sure everything was taken care of.

Both me and my wife express our heartfelt gratitude to our Umrah guide Ustad Misbahi. This is our first time Umrah and Ustad guided us effortlessly to perform all the rituals, also time to time he shed light to the history during the time of our Prophet (saw). The explanation during the Siyara of historic places were awesome, as if we were in that time. Whenever we were in need of any help, he was there always to guide us. Alhamdulillah, a Memorable Experience with Shammar Umrah & Travels ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ We are grateful to Allah (SWT) for granting us the opportunity to perform Umrah with Shammar Umrah & Travels. This journey was truly a blessing, filled with spiritual growth and unforgettable memories. A heartfelt JazakAllahu Khairan to our guide, Hajji Misbahi, who was exceptionally caring and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and took us to significant historical sites, making the experience deeply meaningful and spiritually enriching. His guidance and dedication made this trip smooth and stress-free. International Hotel in Madina: --------------------------------------------- The International Hotel in Madina was mashallah excellent. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a peaceful space to rest after a day of ibadah. The hotel's easy access to Haram Al-Munawwara was a huge plus, making it incredibly convenient, especially for Fajr Salah. The food served at the hotel was delicious, with excellent quality and variety, making our stay even more enjoyable. Infinity Hotel in Makkah: ---------------------------------------- The hotel in Makkah, Infinity, had some challenges. While the rooms were decent, the distance to Masjid Al-Haram was quite long and included steep paths, which made it tiring after a day filled with prayers and Tawaf. Additionally, the food quality at Infinity was disappointing compared to the hotel in Madina. After trying the breakfast, we chose to eat from outside restaurants for the remainder of our stay, which was inconvenient and tiring after a full day of ibadah. The Train and Transportation: ----------------------------------------------- The train travel was mashallah excellent—comfortable, efficient, and a great addition to the journey. However, the buses used for group transport could be improved. Cleaner and better-maintained vehicles would significantly enhance the overall experience. Suggestions for Improvement: ------------------------------------------------- 1. Ensure all hotels are closer to the Haramain or provide convenient transport options for longer distances. 2. Maintain consistent food quality across all accommodations. 3. Use better-maintained and cleaner buses for transportation. Final Thoughts: --------------------------- Alhamdulillah, this journey with Shammar Umrah & Travels will remain a cherished memory. Hajji Misbahi's guidance and dedication added immense value to our trip, and we are thankful for his support throughout.
