This was my 1st Umrah and Masha Allah I never feel alone are confused in whole trip all credits goes to Mr. Adil who was with us whole time under his guidance I haven't miss anything. He is so humble and good behaviors.
Also I would like to thanks a lot to Ms Ashfana she was very supportive and easy to understand things before going umrah overall the best service in UAE for Umrah.

Thank You So much Adil Bhai Jazak Allah. I 100% recommend Al Shammar Umrah Services specially those who is performing first time.

Alhamdulillah.. Umrah went well. The usthad Adhil Nizami who guided us was very helpful and patient. Everything was very well coordinated by him. However, in Makkah the hotel which was said was not provided and the one given to us was very much below standard with poor facilities.. leakage in washroom , no lights for long duration. On insisting, changed to other room . The rooms were good in Medina. Overall it was satisfactory .

Assalamualaikum. The service provided by this umrah service was very good. The coordination of all sequences was really perfect. I need to mention the hard work of Aadhil beta. May Allah reward him with all goodness. He was too kind and patient with each and everyone. The explanation and hadhees he reminded us in each and every historical places were simply amazing. The coordination from Dubai airport till we reached Dubai airport was very smooth without any trouble. On the whole this trip with al shammar will be in our heart forever. May Allah bless you all.

I had a great experience with Ashwana while applying for my Saudi Arabia multiple-entry visa. She was extremely helpful and guided me through the entire process step by step. She was always responsive and made sure everything was completed smoothly.
I needed the visa on an urgent basis and Ashwana went above and beyond to make sure I received it before the date I had requested. I truly appreciate her dedication, professionalism, and constant support throughout the process.
